1. Delivery Information

1.1. I aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.

1.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of the items, and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs will be outlined during the checkout process before you make your payment.

1.3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

1.4. While I make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond my control, such as postal service disruptions or weather conditions.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return or exchange.

2.2. Returns: If you would like to return an item, please contact me for support within 3 days of receiving your order. I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

2.3. Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. I will arrange for the return of the defective item and send you a replacement.

2.4. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2.5. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or was received in error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is successfully received.

2.6. Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned item/s, I will process your refund. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me for support as soon as possible. I may require photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide you with a solution.

4. Cancellations

4.1. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, I am unable to process cancellations.
